All new employees receive security, data protection and compliance training on their very first day.
Even if not all employees at PAROGO deal with customer data in the same way, each of them is responsible for the security of the data.
In order to comply with the data security guidelines, our employees are trained by a third-party provider at the start of their work so that a cross-functional understanding can be guaranteed as early as possible. In addition, our Corporate Compliance ensures that employees throughout the company are sensitized to the topic of security and compliance.

Audits and certifications
ISO 27001 certification of the data center.
ISO 27001 is an internationally recognized, standards-based security approach that defines the requirements for a company’s own management system for information security (ISMS, Information Security Management System).
ISO 22301 certification as part of effective data center business continuity management.
The ISO 22301 standard specifies requirements for a crisis management system that protects your company from incidents, reduces the likelihood of these events and ensures that your company recovers from them.
